(Nasdaq: FSBW) ("FS Bancorp" or the "Company"), the holding company for 1st Security Bank of Washington (the "Bank") today reported 2015 first quarter net income of $2.1 million, or $0.70 per diluted share, compared to net income of $875,000, or $0.29 per diluted share, for the same period last year.
