April 30, 2015 4:28 PM EDTIntegra LifeSciences (NASDAQ: IART) announced the appointment, effective May 1, 2015, of Keith Valentine as Chief Executive Officer of SeaSpine Holdings Corporation, which will be an independent, publicly traded company following the completion of its spin-off from Integra. Integra LifeSciences (IART) Tops Q1 EPS by 13c
April 30, 2015 4:27 PM EDTIntegra LifeSciences (NASDAQ: IART) reported Q1 EPS of $0.76, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $233.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $229.69 million.
