Teva Pharma (TEVA) Announces U.S. Launch of Generic Abilify; Remains in Patent Litigation with Otsuka
April 28, 2015 3:22 PM EDTTeva Pharma (NYSE: TEVA) announced the launch of the generic equivalent to Abilify (aripiprazole) Tablets, 2 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, and 30 mg, in the United States. Aripiprazole tablets, an atypical antipsychotic medication, are approved for the treatment of schizophrenia and for the acute treatment of manic and mixed episodes associated with bipolar I disorder.
