Gorman-Rupp Reports First Quarter 2015 Financial Results
April 23, 2015 8:50 AM EDTMANSFIELD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Gorman-Rupp Company (NYSE MKT: GRC) reports financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015.
Net sales during the first quarter were $99.2 million compared to $110.1 million during the record first quarter of 2014. Domestic sales decreased 9.3% or $6.6 million and international sales decreased 10.9% or $4.2 million compared to the same period in 2014. Sales in water end markets decreased 11.6% or $9.2 million and sales in non-water end markets decreased 5.3% or $1.6 million during the quarter.

Grenville Increases Available Funding to Bluedrop Performance Learning
April 21, 2015 2:00 PM EDTTORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/21/15 -- Grenville Strategic Royalty Corp. (TSX VENTURE: GRC) ("Grenville") is pleased to announce that it has increased the funding available to Bluedrop Performance Learning (TSX Venture: BPL) ("Bluedrop") from $1,000,000 to up to $1,650,000, with the additional $650,000 available to be drawn by Bluedrop prior to December 31, 2015. In exchange for the amount advanced, Grenville will receive a royalty based on Bluedrop's gross revenues within Grenville's targeted 1% to 4% royalty range.
