MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Select Comfort Corporation (NASDAQ: SCSS) today reported first quarter 2015 results for the period ended Apr. 4, 2015. Net sales increased 27% in the quarter, with 22% comparable sales growth, while earnings per share increased 74% compared to the prior year.
