Oceaneering (OII) Tops Q1 EPS by 7c; Trims FY15 EPS Outlook

Oceaneering (OII) Declares $0.27 Quarterly Dividend; 1.9% Yield
April 22, 2015 5:02 PM EDTOceaneering (NYSE: OII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 19, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 29, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 27, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
