New Oriental Education (EDU) Names New CFO
April 21, 2015 5:58 AM EDTNew Oriental Education (NYSE: EDU) announced a transition in the role of the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Stephen Zhihui Yang, the current Vice President of Finance, will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective April 21, 2015. Mr. Louis T. Hsieh, the current Chief Financial Officer, will remain as the Company's President, overseeing overall corporate strategy and business development, and will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors. New Oriental Education (EDU) Tops Q3 EPS by 7c
April 21, 2015 5:58 AM EDTNew Oriental Education (NYSE: EDU) reported Q3 EPS of $0.29, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $287.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $284.75 million.
