Banner Corporation Earns $12.1 Million, or $0.61 Per Diluted Share, in First Quarter 2015; First Quarter Highlighted by Completed Acquisition of Siuslaw Financial Group, Inc.
April 20, 2015 4:00 PM EDTWALLA WALLA, Wash., April 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Banner Corporation (Nasdaq: BANR), the parent company of Banner Bank and Islanders Bank, today reported net income in the first quarter of 2015 was $12.1 million, or $0.61 per diluted share, compared to $10.6 million, or $0.54 per diluted share, for the first quarter a year ago. In the preceding quarter, net income was $11.7 million, or $0.60 per diluted share.
