CNB Financial Corporation Reports First Quarter Earnings for 2015
April 20, 2015 11:14 AM EDTCLEARFIELD, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CNB Financial Corporation (CNB) (NASDAQ: CCNE), the parent company of CNB Bank, today announced its earnings for the first quarter of 2015. Highlights include the following:
Net income of $5.6 million, or $0.39 per share, compared to net income of $5.2 million, or $0.36 per share, in the first quarter of 2014. Loans of $1.36 billion at March 31, 2015, an increase of $62.0 million, or 4.8%, compared to March 31, 2014. Annualized returns on average assets and equity of 1.02% and 11.47%, respectively, for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.... More
