Party City (PRTY) IPO Prices at $17, High-End of Expected Range
April 16, 2015 7:37 AM EDTParty City Holdco Inc. (NYSE: PRTY) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 21,875,000 shares of common stock at $17 per share, the high end of the expected $15-$17 range. Shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange today under the symbol "PRTY".
