Party City Announces Pricing of Its Initial Public Offering
April 15, 2015 9:07 PM EDTELMSFORD, N.Y., April 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Party City Holdco Inc. ("the Company" or "Party City") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 21,875,000 shares of common stock at $17.00 per share. The Company's shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 16, 2015 under the symbol "PRTY".
