Saratoga Investment Corp. Further Increases Quarterly Dividend to $0.27 from $0.22 per Share
April 9, 2015 8:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, April 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Saratoga Investment Corp. (NYSE: SAR) ("Saratoga Investment" or "the Company"), a business development company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share for the fiscal quarter ended February 28, 2015, payable on May 29, 2015 to all stockholders of record at the close of business on May 4, 2015. Shareholders will have the option to receive payment of the dividend in cash, or receive shares of common stock pursuant to the Company's dividend reinvestment plan.
