Felcor Lodging Trust (FCH) Prices Larger 16M Common Offering at $11.25/Share
April 9, 2015 6:20 AM EDTFelcor Lodging Trust (NYSE: FCH) announced that it priced its public offering of 16.0 million shares of its common stock (the Offering) at $11.25 per share. FelCor granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.4 million additional shares of common stock.
