Columbus McKinnon Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.04 Per Share
March 30, 2015 4:05 PM EDTAMHERST, N.Y., March 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Columbus McKinnon Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCO), a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of material handling products, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved payment of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.04 per common share. The dividend will be payable on or about May 18, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 8, 2015. Columbus McKinnon has approximately 20.0 million common shares outstanding.
