("SHO") (NASDAQ: SHOS) today reported preliminary, unaudited results for its fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 2015 and announced the date it intends to hold its 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and the date it intends to begin mailing its proxy statement and related materials for the Annual Meeting.
