Helmerich Payne (HP) Assigned 'BBB+' Rating by S&P
March 12, 2015 2:48 PM EDTStandard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its 'BBB+' corporate credit rating to Tulsa, Okla.-based contract drilling company Helmerich & Payne Inc. (NYSE: HP) (H&P). The outlook is stable.
At the same time, we assigned a 'BBB+' senior unsecured rating to the proposed senior unsecured notes, to be issued by Helmerich & Payne International Drilling and guaranteed by H&P.
