Triangle Capital Corporation Announces Cash Dividends Totaling $0.59 Per Share
February 25, 2015 6:00 AM ESTRALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Triangle Capital Corporation (NYSE: TCAP) ("Triangle" or the "Company"), a leading provider of capital to lower middle market companies, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.54 per share. In addition to this regular quarterly dividend, Triangle will pay a supplemental dividend of $0.05 per share, bringing the total amount of dividends paid for the first quarter of 2015 to $0.59 per share, or $2.36 per share on an annualized basis.
