Arc Logistics Partners LP to Acquire a Terminal in Joliet, Illinois in a Joint Venture
February 20, 2015 8:03 AM ESTNEW YORK, Feb. 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arc Logistics Partners LP (NYSE: ARCX) ("Arc Logistics" or the "Partnership"), through a joint venture arrangement with GE Energy Financial Services, a unit of General Electric Company (NYSE: GE), has agreed to acquire all of the membership interests of Joliet Bulk, Barge & Rail LLC ("JBBR") from CenterPoint Properties Trust ("CenterPoint" or the "Seller") for $216 million.
