(NASDAQ: RNA) that, on February 11, 2015, it will file a Form 25, Notification of Removal from Listing and/or Registration under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") (the "Form 25"), with the Securities Exchange Commission ("SEC") in order to voluntarily delist the registered shares of the Company, nominal value 0.01 per share (the "Shares") from the NASDAQ Global Select Market ("NASDAQ"), which will become effective 10 days after filing.
