Goldman Sachs Comments on Mattel's (MAT) Negative Pre-announcement (HAS)
January 26, 2015 1:57 PM ESTGoldman Sachs maintained a Neutral rating on Mattel Inc. (NASDAQ: MAT) with a price target of $29. Earlier its CEO resigned and it reported soft preliminary Q4 results.

Mattel (MAT) Declares $0.38 Quarterly Dividend; 5.4% Yield
January 26, 2015 9:05 AM ESTMattel (NASDAQ: MAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 6, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 19, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 17, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.4 percent.
