Sandy Spring Bancorp Reports Net Income of $9.1 Million for the Fourth Quarter and $38.2 Million for the Full Year
January 22, 2015 10:33 AM ESTOLNEY, Md., Jan. 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: SASR) the parent company of Sandy Spring Bank, today reported net income for the fourth quarter of 2014 of $9.1 million ($0.36 per diluted share) compared to net income of $9.6 million ($0.38 per diluted share) for the fourth quarter of 2013 and net income of $11.1 million ($0.44 per diluted share) for the third quarter of 2014.
Net income for the year ended December 31, 2014 was $38.2 million ($1.52 per diluted share) compared to net income of $44.4 million ($1.77 per diluted share) for the prior year. For comparison purposes, the current year includes $6.5 million in... More
