Shake Shack Inc. Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Shake Shack Inc. (Shake Shack or the Company) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The registration statement filed today represents Shake Shacks initial public filing pursuant to the provisions of the Jumpstart our Business Startups (JOBS) Act of 2012. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
