Carbonite (CARB) Sends Letter to J2 Global; Will Respond in H1 of Jan. 205
December 11, 2014 4:37 PM ESTCarbonite (NASDAQ: CARB) sent the following letter in response to the letter J2 Global, Inc. ("J2") filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission earlier today. The Board also announced that it has retained Sidley Austin LLP to serve as legal advisor to the Company.
