GoPro (GPRO) Breaks Below Secondary Price

GoPro (NASDAQ: GPRO) is trading down 6.6% to $73.90 in pre-open trade after the company announced it priced 10,360,500 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $75.00 per share. GoPro is offering 1,287,533 shares and the selling stockholders are offering 9,072,967 shares.
