Cowen Still Sees 'Compelling' FY15 Trajectory for Plug Power (PLUG); Trims PT to $6.50
November 13, 2014 9:15 AM ESTCowen and Company trims its price target on Plug Power (Nasdaq: PLUG) from $8 to $6.50, but maintains an Outperform rating following Q3 results.
Analyst Jeffrey Osborne offered the following summary: Plug missed on earnings, but set a compelling trajectory for FY15. Product offerings are gaining traction with solid repeat business. GenFuel has also continued to improve and the Praxair agreement helps secure access to hydrogen supply. GM should improve in 2015, with OpEx expected to increase as international opportunity emerges. Mid-January update should be next catalyst for shares.
