Inuvo (NYSE: INUV) 24% HIGHER; On February 24, 2021, Vertro, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inuvo, Inc. entered into a Google Services Agreement with Google LLC, effective as of March 1, 2021.

FibroGen, Inc. (Nasdaq: FGEN) 17.5% LOWER; FibroGen and its partner, AstraZeneca (LSE/STO/Nasdaq: AZN), today announced that the Cardiovascular and Renal Drugs Advisory Committee of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will hold an advisory committee (AdCom) meeting to review the new drug application for roxadustat in the U.S. The companies have not received a confirmed AdCom meeting date from the FDA.

Comstock Mining Inc. (NYSE: LODE) 15% LOWER; announced that it has entered into securities purchase agreements for the sale of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $4.00 per share in a registered direct offering. No warrants will be issued in connection with the transaction. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about March 4, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

TransMedics Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: TMDX) 13.8% HIGHER; announced that the FDA's Office of Health Technology 2 (Cardiovascular Devices) has communicated its intent to hold a Circulatory Systems Device Advisory Panel meeting on April 6, 2021 to review TransMedics' premarket approval application for the OCS Heart System.

C3.ai (NYSE: AI) 11.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.23), $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $49.11 million versus the consensus estimate of $47.28 million. C3.ai sees Q4 2020 revenue of $50-51 million, versus the consensus of $48.36 million. C3.ai sees FY2020 revenue of $180.9-181.9 million, versus the consensus of $177.12 million.

MP Materials (NYSE: MP) 7.4% HIGHER; Morgan Stanley initiates coverage with an Overweight rating and a price target of $57.00.

Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) 7% HIGHER; was awarded an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple award task order contract by the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) for architecture engineering capabilities, including design, construction management, and the restoration and modernization of Air Force Bases worldwide. The potential 10-year contract has a five-year base period and an option for an additional five years, worth a shared value of $2 billion across awardees.

Nielsen (NYSE: NLSN) 5.5% HIGHER; Roku, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROKU) and Nielsen (NYSE: NLSN) today announced a strategic alliance between the two companies that will help shape the future of media measurement and TV advertising in a streaming-first market. Roku has entered into an agreement to acquire Nielsen’s Advanced Video Advertising (AVA) business, which includes Nielsen’s video automatic content recognition (ACR) and dynamic ad insertion (DAI) technologies. The acquisition will accelerate Roku’s launch of an end-to-end DAI solution with TV programmers. In addition, Nielsen and Roku will enter into a strategic partnership to integrate complementary Nielsen ad and content measurement products into the Roku platform and further advance Nielsen ONE, the company’s cross-media measurement solution.

Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ: COHU) 5.4% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock.
