AZZ, Inc. (NYSE: AZZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.60 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on October 24, 2014, to stockholders of record on October 10, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 8, 2014.
