J.M. Smucker Co. (SJM) Misses Q1 EPS by 3c

J.M. Smucker Co. (NYSE: SJM) reported Q1 EPS of $1.34, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.32 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.37 billion.

J.M. Smucker Co. sees FY5 EPS of $5.95 - $6.05, versus the consensus of $6.02. For fiscal 2015, the Company expects net sales to increase, compared to 2014, at a rate slightly less than the 5 percent provided at the beginning of the year.
