National Fuel Gas Co. (NYSE: NFG) reported Q3 EPS of $0.76, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $440.14 million versus the consensus estimate of $476.35 million.

National Fuel Gas Co. sees FY2014 EPS of $3.40-$3.50, versus prior guidance of $3.4-$3.55 and the consensus of $3.47.
