Golub Capital BDC (GBDC) Declares $0.32 Quarterly Dividend; 7.7% Yield

Golub Capital BDC (NASDAQ: GBDC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 26, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 16, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 12, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.7 percent.
