Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 76.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on September 19, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 29, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 27, 2014.
