Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (NYSE: RBA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on September 12, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 22, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 20, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
