TransDigm (TDG) Tops Q3 EPS by 4c; Lowers FY14 EPS Midpoint

TransDigm (NYSE: TDG) reported Q3 EPS of $2.02, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.98. Revenue for the quarter came in at $610.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $612.33 million.

TransDigm sees FY2014 EPS of $7.47-$7.57, versus prior guidance of $7.46-$7.7 and the consensus of $7.55. TransDigm sees FY2014 revenue of $2.344-2.370 billion, versus prior guidance of $2.317-2.367 billion and the consensus of $2.37 billion.
