ANI Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ANIP) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.21), which may not compare with the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $7.95 million.

Adjusted non-GAAP EBITDA was $0.2 million for the three months ended June 30, 2014, compared to $1.2 million in the prior year period. The second quarter 2014 adjusted non-GAAP EBITDA was negatively impacted by the $3.9 million in charges related to price-protection contract obligations for EEMT.
