Cracker Barrel (CBRL) Tops Q3 EPS by 1c; Issues Light Q4 EPS Outlook

Cracker Barrel (NASDAQ: CBRL) reported Q3 EPS of $1.23, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $643.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $642.87 million.

Comparable store restaurant sales decreased 0.6% and comparable store retail sales increased 0.9%.

Cracker Barrel sees FY2014 EPS of $5.50-$5.60, versus the consensus of $5.7. Cracker Barrel sees FY2014 revenue of $2.7 billion, versus the consensus of $2.69 billion.

Cracker Barrel sees Q4 2014 EPS of $1.50-$1.60, versus the consensus of $1.69.
