Open Text Corp (NASDAQ: OTEX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1725 per share, or $0.69 annualized. This is a 15% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on June 13, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 23, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 21, 2014.
