Lithia Motors (LAD) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c; Updates FY13, Issues FY14 Sales Outlook

Lithia Motors Inc. (NYSE: LAD) reported Q3 EPS of $1.13, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $190.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.05 billion.

Highlights:

* New vehicle same store sales increased 16%
* Used vehicle retail same store sales increased 17%
* Service, body and parts same store sales increased 6%

Outlook:

Sees FY2013 revenue of $3.9-$4.0 billion, versus the consensus of $3.98 billion.

Sees FY2014 revenue of $4.3-$4.4 billion, versus the consensus of $4.38 billion.
