Cogent Communication (CCOI) Raises Qtr. Dividend 8.3% to $0.13; Yields 1.8%

Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.

The dividend will be payable on June 18, 2013, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
