Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) customer service practices have come under fire again in China. For the third time this week.
Reports have China's People’s Daily running an article by an author named Li Hongbing that Apple has shown "incomparable" arrogance when it comes to handling customer concerns.
Li said that Apple has been seeking "loopholes" in China regulation and overall market regulation. He also notes that the Chinese market has been supporting Apple's "outstanding" performance as of late.
Commentary comes following similar articles published on March 25th and 26th, though those weren't written by the same author.
Li was specifically identified as to his background or association.
