Church & Dwight Co. (CHD) Tops Q3 EPS by 7c; Boosts FY12 EPS Outlook; Approves $300M Buyback

Church & Dwight Co. (NYSE: CHD) reported Q3 EPS of $0.66, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $725.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $716.36 million.

Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.43, versus the consensus of $2.41.

Church & Dwight Co. sees FY2013 EPS of $2.74-2.79, versus the consensus of $2.77.

The Company reported today that its Board of Directors has authorized a new share repurchase program, under which the Company may purchase up to an additional $300 million of the Company's common stock.
