Barrington Research downgraded Apollo Education (NASDAQ: APOL) from Outperform to Market Perform following Q4 results and lower guidance.
"While the worst may be behind the company, we are reducing our investment rating to MARKET PERFORM, despite its attractive valuation (3.8x four new FY/13 EBITDA estimate of $730 million), due to impaired visibility and the lack of a near-term catalyst.
