Matrix Service Co (NASDAQ: MTRX) reported Q3 EPS of $0.19, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $183.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $182.9 million.

Matrix Service Co sees FY2012 EPS of $0.77-$0.85, versus prior guidance of $0.85-$0.95 and the consensus of $0.90. Matrix Service Co sees FY2012 revenue of $725-$750 million, versus prior guidance of $675-$725 million and the consensus of $750.3 million.
