Host Hotels & Resorts (HST) Tops Q1 FFO by 1c; Guides FY12 FFO

Host Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: HST) reported Q1 FFO of $0.14, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $985 million versus the consensus estimate of $1 billion.

Sees FY2012 FFO of $1.01-$1.08, versus the consensus of $1.03.
