Newport Corp (NASDAQ: NEWP) reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $160.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $161.12 million.

Sees FY2012 revenue of $670-$685 million, versus the consensus of $661.5 million.
