Valmont Industries, Inc. (VMI) Issues Very Strong Q4 Results; Guides FY12 Above the Street

Valmont Industries, Inc. (NYSE: VMI) reported Q4 EPS of $1.83, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $1.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $752.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $680.8 million.

Sees FY12 EPS of $7.30-$7.60 on sales which will be up about 10 percent. The Street is currently expecting FY12 EPS of $6.96.
