Spectrum Brands Holdings (NYSE: SPB) reported Q4 EPS of $0.47, $0.12 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $827.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $835.98 million.
The Company expects fiscal 2012 net sales to increase at or above the rate of GDP, with a higher increase in adjusted EBITDA, and a free cash flow goal of at least $200 million.
