Cedar Fair L.P. (NYSE: FUN) reported Q3 EPS of $2.74, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $2.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $572.27 million versus the consensus estimate of $558.85 million.
Cedar Fair L.P. sees FY2011 revenue of $1.015-$1.025 billion, versus prior guidance of $975-$1 billion and the consensus of $1.02 billion.
The Company's Board of Directors also announced today the declaration of a cash distribution of $0.70 per LP unit. The distribution will be paid on December 15, 2011, to holders of record as of December 5, 2011.
