Strayer Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: STRA) reported Q2 EPS of $2.53, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $2.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $163.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $165.87 million.
Strayer Education, Inc. sees Q3 2011 EPS of $1.04-$1.06, versus the consensus of $1.37.
The Company announced today that its Board of Directors has declared its regular, quarterly cash dividend of $1.00 per share. This dividend will be paid on September 12, 2011 to shareholders of record as of August 29, 2011.
