Aceto Corp. (NASDAQ: ACET) reported Q3 EPS of $0.14, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $117.9 million, versus $99.3 million reported last year.
Aceto also announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular, semi-annual dividend of $0.10 per common share which will be distributed on June 24, 2011 to shareholders of record as of June 13, 2011., with an ex-dividend date of June 9, 2011.
