October 23, 2026 6:04 AM EDT

JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. has officially changed its name to Jinko Holdings Limited (NYSE: JKS), with the new name taking effect on Oct. 23, 2026, following shareholder approval at its annual general meeting on Oct. 21, 2026.

The company's American depositary shares continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "JKS," with the CUSIP number unchanged. The company has also adopted "晶科控股有限公司" as its dual foreign name.

According to a press release, the name change reflects the company's transition into a holding structure, with a controlling interest in Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. (SSE: 688223) as its industrial base, alongside a portfolio of strategic investments in AI, renewable energy, advanced materials, and other technologies.

The company said it plans to provide investors with quarterly updates on selected developments across its strategic investment portfolio, including value-realization events.

"Jinko Holdings better reflects who we are today," said Dimi Du, Chief Executive Officer of Jinko Holdings Limited. "As a holding company anchored in clean energy and investing in frontier technologies, we aim to pursue the new opportunities emerging from this convergence."

The company stated that existing shareholders and ADS holders are unaffected by the name change, and all share certificates bearing the former company name remain valid.
